We are a family run business run by a husband and wife team. Our focus is on Exterior Home Cleaning and making our customers happy. we will bend over backward to make that happen.  Mike has been in the business after moving his family of 5 up from Utah in the summer of 2015. We service the southern Puget Sound area including Olympia.  We are licensed, insured, and guarantee our work.

Window Cleaning

Prices are charged per pane. 

Windows typically have two panes:

a stationary pane and a sliding pane.  We no longer offer interior window cleaning. 

Cleaning a Rain Gutter

Gutter Cleaning

We offer both Standard Gutter Cleaning and Standard Plus.  Standard Plus Gutter Cleaning includes Pressure washing the exterior of the gutters.  We also make sure all downspouts are clear.

We can pressure wash your driveway, sideways, walkways,

decks, basketball courts, and patio.  ​

Roof Cleaning with Moss Removal

We clear off of any moss growing that is on your roof. 

We apply an environmentally and animal-friendly moss treatment that kills the moss and allows it to sluff

off naturally.   

Residential Housing Complex

Soft Wash

Soft Wash your home and/or roof.  A soft wash is done to remove the dirt and grime that has built up over time.  A soft wash does not remove moss growing on the roof.
