Our story
In 2014 our family visited the Puget Sound for a wedding. We instantly fell in love with the area. Having family in the area we decided to move in 2015 and after working with family doing the same thing, we decided to start our own business in 2018 and have enjoyed serving customers since.
We are a family owned business that started in 2018. We focus on South King County, Pierce and Thurston County. Our main focus is on Exterior Cleaning Services. We want our customers to feel that they are getting values for their money.
What we do
We are a family-run business that specializes in window cleaning, gutter cleaning, power washing, and exterior home maintenance. Our focus is on exterior home cleaning and making our customers happy. We have been in business since 2018 and we do what it takes to go the extra mile for our customers.
In practice that is eight services, all of them on the outside of a house. Window cleaning inside and out or outside only. Gutter cleaning, interior and exterior. Roof cleaning and moss removal, with the gutters and a moss treatment included. Driveway and patio cleaning. Soft washing for siding and roofs. Holiday lights along the roofline. A standalone moss treatment. And the screen clean upgrade that goes with a window cleaning.
Staying on the outside of the house is a decision, not a limit. It means the tools we own, the methods we have settled on and the things we have learned the hard way are all pointed at the same set of problems: rain, shade, conifers and what they do to a home over the years.
How we work
The single thing that separates good exterior work from expensive damage is matching the method to the surface.
Moss on a roof comes off by brushing. Not by pressure washing. An asphalt shingle is protected by a bonded layer of mineral granules, and a pressure washer takes those granules off along with the moss. It looks like a fast result and it costs you roof life you cannot get back.
Siding gets a soft wash. Low pressure plus a cleaning solution lifts the film off a wall without forcing water up under the laps, behind the trim or past a window seal, which is where pressure sends it.
Pressure belongs on driveways, walkways, patios and decks. Flat hard surfaces are built for weather, they collect organic growth on top rather than inside, and they are the one place where force is the right answer.
Gutters get the downspouts checked, not just the trough emptied, because a clean gutter with a plugged downspout still floods in the first real rain.
None of that is complicated. It just takes caring enough to do the slower version.
